Remodeling An Outdated Bath
Remodeling a Bathroom
TOP NOTCH -
With granite countertops,
a vessel sink, and a
frameless glass shower,
a new sense of style
to the Sava's outdated
master bath. The
couple raves not only
about the company's
craftsmanship, but their
character as well.
Dede Sava and her husband Larry are "totally impressed" with their recent remodel by DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Amarillo.
"We love it! They did everything they said
they would do and more," Dede says.
The Sava's master bath was last on the list of rooms to be remodeled in their 50-yearold home. Having gone through the process several times before with other companies, the couple was sure to let Steve Betts, owner of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, know what they expected.
"Right away, I shared with Steve that I had not been happy with the mess other companies made in our home. One company ruined the carpet in our hallway while working on a bedroom," she explains.
"He assured me it wouldn't happen with
DreamMaker, and he kept his word. They
sealed everything off, and at the end of each
day, they swept, cleaned up, took out their
trash, and closed the gate. They really cared
about our home - they even made sure not to
let our cat get out."
Dede also appreciated that DreamMaker was patient with what she calls her "rather difficult" requests.
"Sometimes they would scratch their heads at my suggestions," she laughs, "but they truly listened and found ways to incorporate my ideas into something better. Best of all, if we didn't like it, they made it right."
Dede recalls that the wall texture wasn't exactly what she had pictured.
"I came home one day, saw the texture, and expressed to the workmen that I wasn't crazy about its style. It may not be popular anymore, but I told them I imagined the old 'orange peel' look," she says.
"They said, 'Not a problem!' and fixed it
the next day. We've never had such a pleasant
experience with a remodeler as we did with
DreamMaker. They are top notch!"
